Expanding Outdoor Living in Jilliby: A New Entertaining Area Built to Last

The Central Coast climate is made for outdoor living, and our clients in Jilliby were ready to make the most of it. They had a magic location, beautiful views, and a smoker that deserved a proper home. What they needed was a covered entertaining area where they could kick back, watch the footy, and tend to the smoker without having to head inside.

The brief was simple: build something that matched the home, looked great and would stand the test of time. Our team at Cascade Building got to work designing a space that ticked every box.

The feature TV wall, framed neatly within the fence line, gives the space a polished, purposeful feel. An insulated roof keeps the area cool through summer, so the family can spend more time outside even on the hottest days. A pull-down blind takes the edge off the afternoon sun when needed, making it comfortable morning, noon and evening.
